Testimonial It had to have been completely liberating for Shannon to put this book together. Her amazing life story is one of inspiration and joy. She has unparalleled talent in describing the disturbing events surrounding her relationship with someone who was supposed to be her counselor. I found her to be a lovable character; her straightforwardness far overshadows the natural desire to be known for having the ability for reliable judgment due to some of her less than perfect decisions. For example, I laughed out loud when she included the "Madea Goes to Jail" picture to support the chapter describing her lock up. That and other cunning ways she found to show her true self - someone with a big heart. I could personally identify with the spell love can put you under as I rolled through the pages. In the end, Shannon has evolved into a much more sensible and powerful individual, having lived this adventure. I'm glad she shared her story.

It’s essentially her life story of pain, betrayal, abuse and her pursuit for happiness. Production Type…. Stage/Live Both: Adult & Children Cast Nudity: No Director: Shannon Bellamy Music Director: Art Carr Choreographer: Timothy Roderick Specific Driving Directions: Off Broad Street near The Clef Club and Kimmel Center. Character Breakdown: Approximately 25 characters (depending on the final script, Ages range from children to older adults and everything in between, roles available for men and women, all races and ethnicities.
